Booking Policy
On-line Booking policy and confirmation information.
- once your request to book is received you will receive a confirmation email of your request, including a payment link to secure your session.
- Payment is due at the time of booking, once payment is received you will receive conformation email with all the details needed for your session.
- Your session is held in Pacific Standard Time
- A stable internet connection is required for online bookings
- Your appointment starts on time, please log-in to the online invite prior to the start time. I recommend 10-5 minutes to ensure you are able to log in and your connectivity is strong.
- All Sales are final, no refunds. No exceptions.
- In the event Tamarin Martin is unable to attend the session (due to an emergency, or illness) you will be rescheduled

In-Person Sessions
- It is recommended that you wear comfortable clothes and avoid strong scents such as perfumes and cigarette smoke.
- your appointment starts at the scheduled time, not at your arrival. For late arrivals, it will not be possible to extend the session. For those more than 10 minutes late I reserve the right to cancel/reschedule the appointment. Repeat late arrivals may result in not being able to book again.

Conduct
- Respectful behaviour towards Tamarin, and other participants is required
- Tamarin Martin reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a session for any reason
